1) If there hard soil or yello soil, no need PCC. Only surface leveling applicable with top new soil layer.
2) height consider 20 to 22 feet.
3) use used round metal pipes as column.
4) use normal nylon net.
5) no artificial grass, natural grass only.
6) no compromised in drainage and lighting, that will be same as other turf.

Good quality 6000 sqft turf build in 15-16 lakh. And without concrete and grass, turf build in 5-7 lakh.
