anakin and padme's relationship is probably my favorite aspect of the show. so goofy and cute while also realistic and serious. theyre not afraid to have real talks/arguments in the show and it's great
I really like how TCW did establish that their relationship was pretty toxic at times. Anakin having issues considering HER point of view instead of just what she means to HIM will morph into something far more destructive.
This arc (and this episode in particular) are my favorite underrated episodes in the whole series! Showing how fragile and generally unhealthy Anakin's view of Padme is makes for such good drama. I also appreciate that, while Clovis was being a dick, the show made it clear that Anakin was in the wrong for almost killing him in retaliation. There were so many times where I just wished that Padme would ditch Anakin permanently, but I think she's afraid of what it will do to him, as we see when they separate for a bit in this arc. Very real circumstances for someone to be in (I know people in similar situations), and I love that the show doesn't dance around it.
@@MelissaHime because we will meets Ezra Bridger in Rebels in the year of 2014 After this sad episode(which Padme leaves Anakin) from clone Wars season six. Clone Wars season six release in March 2014, five months before Rebels

Thank you for all your great reactions and commentary Melissa! ❤️❤️
Love Tim curry as palpatine
Actually, Jedi can have all sex they want, just No Attachments.
May the force be with you … cuz I won’t!
This episode made me cry because there was a foreshadowing of Revenge of the sith :'(
Yeah, anything that points to ROTS is always painful! I so wish these characters could have had happier lives!

I think Padme is already pregnant at this point.
