I love it!! Still a hobbyist and I have the Huky500t coming in soon!! Can't wait!! Can't wait to get to the level you are at and turn my hobby into a career!
I don't want to get into which roaster is better, as every roaster has advantages and disadvantages, but I did choose this roaster over a Mill City after all :)
As a hobby-roaster I chose a Turkish 1kg Akaneks. The longer I watch the scene the more I believe in good roastmasters and not in expensive machines. But I admit, I had to make some adjustments. Wish you much fun!

How are you liking it so far? Looking into getting one. Saw one at a roaster in Vegas. A beautiful appliance, furniture, equipment and timeless look.
Looks very nice! Did you have to add an afterburner as part of the vent system?
What happened with the coffee shop? Website states Permanently Closed
Love watching your coffee journey. Please advice what roaster size can/should one start up with? Would 1/2kg sufficient in the beginning?
do you sell your 1kg Mill City Roaster? nice upgrade..
Hey there! I did, last spring.
A dream of roaster! But is it better than any else e.g.a Mill-city- roseter?
