I always love how in interviews Shelly always smiles and listens intently to the other athletes on the panel, competitors too. She knows what she means to people in the sport and it's like she wants the other's to feel at ease, comfortable and equally respected. Truly one of the greatest and most gracious athletes we've ever seen.
Christine is much the same, humble and very talented. I can't wait to see her future along with the incredibly talented field we are witnessing at the moment.

Mboma is obviously shy and not so good in English language. This is quite understood. On the other hand, Shelly Ann is more composed , confident and experienced. Shelly is about 35 while mboma is 19. She still has plenty of time to be around on the track.l wish both of them the best in their sprinting endeavours. I'm a Nigerian from Nigeria. Shelly has really started well. A time of 10.67sec is quite good for a start,

Read your comment....does it makes sense now??? We are all AFRICANS yard and abroad. There are so many factors,here... One, Shelly-Ann is a grown woman. Two, she's way more experience in this game. Three,the young lady doesn't speak English quite as well. All those things could affect her nerves. Show some compassion instead pulling them apart.
