    Ang overthinking ay ito y'ong nag-iisip ka ng sobra tungkol sa mga bagay na hindi mo makokontrol. Tulad ng nakaraan mo at hinaharap mo. Palagi mong iniisip ang mga WHAT IF at mga KUNG ANO ANG DAPAT MONG GINAWA. Iniisip mo rin kung anong gagawin mo sa HINAHARAP. Sa kakaisip mo sa dalawang ORAS na ito, nakakalimutan mo na ang isang ORAS. Ang ORAS ng NGAYON. Tandaan mo, hindi mo maaayos ang nakaraan at hindi mo mahuhulaan ang kinabukasan. 'Wag mong sobrang laliman ang iniisip mo dahil mapupunta ka sa DEPRESYON niyan. And speaking of DEPRESSION, alam mo naman siguro kung anong klaseng problema nito. Problemang pangkaisipan at madadamay ang iyong pisikal dahil nakaka-stress ito. Para ka lang bumubuo ng mga problema na hindi naman talaga umiiral.

    Matindi po ang anxiety ko,yung bigla na lang naiiyak sa mga nakaraang nagyari,yung sisigawan ka lang napapaiyak ka na,yung sisisihin ka lang galit na galit ka na,yung wala ka ng ganang mabuhay sa mundo dahil sa lungkot na nararamdaman ko...nagdadasal naman ako pero dumarating parin bawat oras ang lungkot ko...sana makalaya na ko sa mga kalungkutan kong nararamdaman...thank u po sa mga ibinahagi nyong mga salita,upang mabawasan ang anxiety ko...❤️❤️❤️

    smula napanood ko to video na to grabe nawala pag OOVERTHINK ko.gaya ng sbe mo if you focus problem you will attract problem.if you focus income you will gain income.kaya ayaw ko na mag isip ng problem kc ganun pla then nakakasira pa ng mental health.

    Ang hirap pag may anxiety hindi mo talaga makukuntrol ang nasaisipan mo yung 5 6 7 yan ang mga nararanasan ko kaya ngaun alm ko na kung papaano ko sila maiiwasan kung paano ko sila matatalo yung over thinking ko.. salamat po sir sa video ❤❤❤

      Basta manalangin ka lang At magpasalamat Sa Ama/Diyos sa Araw araw may kelangan ka man o wala, may pupuntahan ka man oh wala, manalangin ka rin bago matulog at magpasalamat sa Umaga pagka gising. Manalangin ka rin bago kumain. Ibigay mo ang Buong puso mo sa Ama/Diyos Tanggapin mo siya bilang iyong tagapag ligtas magsisi ka sa lahat ng iyong kasalanan at papasukin mo siya sa puso mo. Yun lang ang gusto ng Panginoon magkaroon ka ng Ora's sa kanya at tawaginn siya. Pinapangako ko sayo tutulungan ka Niya sa Lahat ng gagawin mo hindi ka Niya pababayaan . 😇😇

    Nakaka over thinking talaga, kahit ano pilit mo tumulong sa parents ko at magulang ko kahit may pamilya na Ako di Pala palagi mayroon hndi Pala lagi makakabigay Ako sakit lng nag iiba Sila kapag wla na Ako maitulong ginagawa ko Naman para makatulong kahit nagkautang utang na Ako para Sa knila 😢 Isa lng Pala ito di ko kailangan mag isip Ng mag isip dahil sa Wala Ako natulong sa knila basta nagawa ko part ko naging anak at kapatid sa knila😢
