In my clinic , they don’t give anything for follicle stimulation in modified natural cycle , they expect a dominant follicle will form and that will be triggered using ovidrel , and then transfer planned , they will provide estrogen and progesterone support after transfer . Now do you think with one dominant follicle the corpus luteim provides engh for the lining to thicken ?
I’m doing natural modified on day 2 , had one follicle, serum estradiol was 150 meaning functional follicle is it (no letrozole is usually provided for follicle growth in our clinic ) . What’s ur opinion on this scenario , how would u approach ? My clinic given green flag to continue the cycle
