Thanks for the reply, actually my bike get a small accident in starting of march 20, handle bar is touching the tank from left side, the switch assembly is coming and hitting into tank while bike handle is locked, what you think Fz 25 handlebar will not touch the tank naa...????

How you modified your back side of the bike-- tail light
We have removed all the rear fenders! Bought a light from amazon (link in the discription) and have installed with some custom clips on the back side . Now coming to that tail tidy , it is also a custom made !
N coz of removing all the fenders n mudguard, air filter is exposed so we have made a custom cover with the help of steel plate ! It's totally a plug and play system .

fz25 handle bar - from yamaha shwroom 350 rs
2.24led headlight - its a 2nd hand , bought it from olx. At rs1000 , ( original comes at rs2500)
3. Cd down headlight assembly - rs 400
4. Side handle bar mirrors - rs550 from kurla market
5. Exhaust - at rs 800 only from kurla market...but i would suggest u that dont use this one ..go for branded one.
6. Led indicators: rs 400 from Amazon.
7. Custom made tail tidy only for rs 250 from local welder.
8. Section 120 tyre for rs 1800.. u can go for 130 too..
Just remove total headlight assembly , replace it by cd down assembly....then place speedometer by using some custom clips...use cooling film on speedometer for better look...then remove all the back panels ...
Cover the underneath of sear by metal sheet so that water can't be allowed into air filter ...keep metal sheet on screws so u can easily remove it to make your bike stock...
And use hazard flasher for indicators..!!

Hi, total modification cost around only 6 to 7k..nope! Not upgraded in terms of performance..but yeh there's slight increase in hp because of using free flow exhaust...
