[Synopsis]
In the twilight years of the Tang Dynasty, Zhu Wen forced Emperor Ai to abdicate to him and established the Later Liang Dynasty. He rescued a boy from the wild who fell off a cliff while being pursued for saving wolf pups, and took him under his wing. The boy was granted the name Zhu Youwen and titled Prince of Bo. A decade later, Zhu Youwen met and fell in love with Ma Zhaixing, the daughter of a governor.
Living with humans did not seem to have tamed Zhu Youwen's nature. Zhai Xing discovered his kind and righteous in spite of his status together, they became embroiled in a struggle for power. The reason why Lord Bo acts so cruel toward her is because he wants her to truly hate him so she can kill him to avenge the death of her family. Watch the entire drama and you will know his reason.
@@alama1856 I watch the drama and couldn't care less about Bo. He's cruel and his intentions do not justify it in my book. Especially going as far as violating her? Doesn't matter if "hE gEnuInElY lOveS Her", that was too much and disgusting.
