Where did you find the cross bars for the roof rack? I've been wanting to add a basket to mine but haven't found a set of cross bars that feel confident with. Thanks. Love the videos by the way. Our Trailhawks are nearly identical.
Glad you're like the videos. So I've been using two different sets of crossbars. One I bought off Walmart called OMEC and the other off Amazon from BougeRV. The OMEC ones I use for heavier loads and longer trips. BougeRV are fast to put on so I use those for quick trips. They are cheaper ones but I have run them pretty hard and no issues.
The EZ up canopies are great. The problem is that they are really big. In order to fit it in the Cherokee you have to fold down one seat. When you strap it up top it runs the whole length of my roof rack. On our trip down the White Rim trail in Canyonlands that's what we took. After that trip I realized I wanted something more compact.
Nice work, turned out great! Thanks for the shoutout! Have fun out there!
Appreciate it!
Came out looking good!
Appreciate it devil dog.
@@MootsKLAdventure I need to get down your way and hit some trails.
For sure. Some decent trails in the area.
Proof of concept was there, nice work. Look into a tarp from DD hammocks, they are pretty badass
I'll check them out.
Awesome video I'm going to make one as whell thanks for the idea!!!

Thanks guy.
You bet
What are your cross bars ? I'm looking for a set
I've got BougeRV crossbars. They're cheaper ones but have been great.

I keep missing a close up of which BOH badge you have. Lol, what trail did you check in on?
I did fins n things last year around this time. That's when I decided I wanted to lift my Cherokee.
A Moots KL Adventure ah, very cool I was there aug 23 last year, grabbed Fins and Hells. I love Sand Flats. Beautiful and fun
Nice. We didn't have much time to play around there but really liked it. I'd like to get back out there and try hell's revenge.
Excellent
Wouldn't an E Z up be. . .easier?
