Huge, huge respect for Major Mukund Varadarajan's parents. It is always the real Major Mukund, Indu, his parents and siblings who stand tall and remain etched in our minds. Though the film Amaran was very well - made in almost all aspects , I strongly felt that the makers have not done justice in representing Major Mukund's family background authentically - the more we see the family members and their views, the more are we convinced that their thought processes and role in Major Mukund's upbringing and evolving belief systems could have been better portrayed in the movie. Authentic representation of the inspirational martyr and his dignified family would have better elevated the film and it is imperative for posterity as the film is likely to inspire many youngsters .
Bosskey sir, you asked questions that no one so far asked. And you were also careful to celebrate his life through this interview rather than making their parents emotional. Thanks for this interview.
Varadharajan sir, you are truly inspiring. Even after your son was martyred, you continued to send other young men to the army, demonstrating your unwavering determination, respect, and love for our country. You should ask questions and wait for their answers and record that...this is the job of a host .. if you want to make your own points.. blabber it in your own video...this attitude is not an interview..

It would have been a lot better if the interviewer did not interrupt the parents as often as he does. An interview's work is it incite a conversation, not drive it. I also find the interviewed quite insensitive. His curiosity is so overwhelming, he seems to have no capacity for basic sensitivity.
