Totally agree. Even from working in the carrier world where SLAs are mandatory for some organizations, it's a complete nightmare and I've seen multiple relationships between customers and carriers ruined over disputes in SLA formulas. Overall I find it a super weird service to want to try and sell someone. It's like saying "Included free with your managed services package comes the right to shoot me in the foot and punch me in the face whenever you get angry!!".
