omg this is one of the best K drama. Their chemistry is so good and also whole drama without showing luxury life, cars, dress. this is so good. i just cant explain.
Yeah, I really like that this show is about poor people not really living their best lives, but still trying to find ways to be happy. And watching them rise and fall and trying to find their way is just fun. Like you said, there's so many Kdramas about Chaebols, era-set piece royalty, etc. Then you get shows like My Mister (also amazing) where it's just these people leading sad and painful lives, and so even though they're poor it's also rather sad and borderline depressing at times (though still great, as I said). This one manages to be fun and lighthearted while also being very real. Absolute classic, so glad they're watching it.
The glasses guy aka 12 % is the main character in parasite movie, also the villain in The witch , the baseball guy in train to busan. PARK SEOJUN, PARK hyunsik and choi wooshik(him ) are besties.
I've watched so many kdramas over the years, but when people ask me about pairings with the best chemistry, these two still comes to mind. It's just so natural and heart fluttering, I don't even know why but i'm just smiling like a fool watching this drama.
This also the most realistic kdrama for me, a lot of ordinary people who are struggle and surviving daily in order to meets ends this like FIGHT FOR YOUR WAY! FIGHT FOR YOUR DREAM.

The ml (Park Seo Joon) is one of the A list Actors in Korea. I highly recommend his other drama series like What's wrong with Sectary Kim, Itaewon Class which are hit drama.
