Some circuit breakers have also equalising resistance along with interrupter and grading capacitor kindly also explained it in a separate video.

Never seen them in 400 kV switchyards installed on SF6 CBs. Obviously, they work as voltage dividers, probably to help voltage balancing during switching

Yes. As I mentioned nowadays 420kV CBs don’t need it. But 800kV CBs do.
