Some circuit breakers have also equalising resistance along with interrupter and grading capacitor kindly also explained it in a separate video. Very imformative content. Keep it up.Sir
Never seen them in 400 kV switchyards installed on SF6 CBs. Obviously, they work as voltage dividers, probably to help voltage balancing during switching
Hi Gaurav J, Your videos are very helpful, actually the best I have come across in this space could you please do a video on the use of static Var compensates, capacitors and reactors in voltage control.
Today I learnt new information about multibrake and grading capcitor . Thank you sir 👍🙏
You are welcome
Boss you are a great contributor to the electrical domain.
Thank you! Keep watching 😇
Helpful!😀 I was expecting to see a transient simulation of the tripping of the breakers with grading capacitors though. That would have been nicer!
Great !! You cleared the concept basic to advanced level .
Glad it was helpful!

Great information about grading capacitor
Glad you liked it

Yes. As I mentioned nowadays 420kV CBs don’t need it. But 800kV CBs do.
please also make about PIR based CB
Sure. Will try that 👍🏻
Thanks for sharing knowledge.
U r inspiration for me😊😊
Thank you 😇
But when the circuit is open current will flow through the grading capacitor? Right? Then how is the circuit isolated?
I have the same question
@@edemyaotse5732By a HV disconnector (not shown)
@@imeprezime1285 that makes sense. I suppose there will be disconnectors on either side of the breaker
That's really cool, thank you. They're like springs on a clutch!
Keep watching 😇
which simulating software you are using here to simulate?
Everycircuit
amazing ....can u make video on circuit breaker interlocking scheme
Helpful .. thanks a lot sir . ❤
Thanks for the feedback
Please sir what is the software you're using for similation

Thanks Sir ji
It's helpful
Also with circuit diagram
Glad it was helpful!

Very helpful thank you

Hello,
Could someone explain why or how does adding capacitor on parallel with breaker make both breakers receive same voltage?
Thanks in regards!
Capacitor in parallel will have same voltage.
Oh okay, thanks!

Helpful Sir
Glad to hear that
Helpful ❤
Kindly explain why we use resistors also with circuit breakers..
Very helpful
Glad it helped
Informative

Glad you think so!
What's about PIR of 420 KV CB
How to pair timing sir
Sir aapka video bahut helpfull hota h but sir kya aap Hindi me bhi banate h kya sir video
Sir can u please bring some discount on protection course pls
Plz make video on
Circuit diagram design on every circuit
Can I able to do troubleshooting of VCBs, after completing your course, Sir ???
Sir, waiting for your reply.
Could you reply,plz???
Hello. You can check the details on courses.theelectricalguy.in
@@GauravJ Thank u
HELPFUL
Glad it was helpful
If the objective is to make the current flow, it can happen in both, closed interrupters or via the capacitors. Then why are the capacitors used?
Sir, make a video on PRE INSERTION RESISTORS of 400 KV circuit breakers.
May can see what happening in side this 400kv Breaker, where is the fixed contact and moving contact
Helpful.
Glad you think so!
You are not gaurav J ur guruji🥹🥹👌 , please make an video on PIR also
Yes ples on pir
Sure. Will try that!!
Sir, I'm waiting for your reply.
Could, you please??
