These are some points...
1 adjustment (only focus your target not time,and achieve your target )
2 take break (Sunday take only rest and spent time with family)
3 practice (same day concept with practice)
4 after concept only mock test (buy lots of mock and take one mock again and again)
5 dedication
Sir you are great.. u told really good thing, but if I study more time in one day I sicked what can I do most of time I ill 😒🥺 but I want to do for my mother because she is my single mother my father passed away 😢
