In Egypt, dolls are still used especially by older generations. My grandma used to make one out of paper and poke its eyes with a needle to ward off evil eye 😅. I don't think they realise it's witchcraft but it's interesting how aspects of ancient religions/ culture managed to survive and live on.
I love the mention of the importance of men! My little son is nearly 7, he is a baby witch. I love sharing my craft with him and my 4 year old daughter. He deserves to know his worth in the witchcraft community. Thank you.
I am currently reading the Skye Alexander book. I totally agree with your opinion on the book! Although you can tell it's very wiccan based, it still has given me so much information and knowledge as I am still very much a baby witch! Love your videos!
I second the Cunningham Encyclopedia of Herbs! If you love working with herbs that book is just so useful. I go back to it all the time when I need to reference. I also have his Encyclopedia of Crystals and it too does not disappoint. Loving the recommendations. I also really enjoyed The Green Witch so I'm gonna have to check out that Protection Spells book!

The green witch was my first "witchy" book. I love that book. I hadn't heard of her protection spell book. There are definitely a few on this list I want to check out. My magickal herbs encyclopedia is my most used book lol. I am constantly searching for something in there.
In a charm bag video, I'd love to see what you would do for a charm bag of protection and a positive/calm energy! I'd also like to see how you keep up the charm bag or keep it working. I am reading Dream Alchemy by Ted Anderws. He in full depth explains dreams ! I would reccommend this book to anyone over mainstream Dream or Dream Meanings books. This book is not fluff as most dream books I have read. Also online ,Loner Wolf blogs has a mind blowingly good blog about herbs to induce dreams.

I don't follow a specific or strict witchcraft religion, and our wedding was an integration of my aunt dressed as a fairy godmother and blessing a circle in the venue with a singing wand and Sage, we drank from a horn, we handfasted, lit a marriage candle, and jumped a broom. We had an altar. There were pieces and bits of many of the practice bits I follow. We cut our cake with a sword.

I actually have The Green Witch book, slowly taking the time to read it but I am enjoying it so far. I would love to see you make a charm bag video, was looking for cheap fabric to make one last night in Wal-Mart lol. My intentions for the charm bag was for protection for myself, my new tarot card deck, and for cleansing, for I saw another video (can't remember her name, I'll edit this when I find it.) That she recommends to cleanse everything you buy or bring in to your home. So I thought it would be cute to have a charm bag of sage, lavender, salt etc to do a quick cleanse whenever I need. I like the spell book because you can kind of be creative with the set up on it; I use voodoo, shamanic, and witchy influences to work magic. So I think it’d be kinda neat bc then no Teo spells will be the same with each witch!
Eason is my maiden name and my mom bought me one of her books for a Christmas present just because of her last name 😅😂 I love my mom. She’s so cute and just wants to support me ❤️
My only criticism on The Green Witch is that it is also very female-centric. I gave the book to my best friend as a birthday gift because he's a male witch who loves plants, but he opened it to a random page and it was referring to the reader as a "future mother". But that's the only criticism I have. Basically just be prepared if you're a male if you want the book.

Hey great vid!!! I usually chafe at book review vids cause people always go into so much chatter when they talk about books when I'm just gimme the facts ma'am, but that's just me. Anyway first and foremost Scott Cunningham was the best author baby witches could ever have... it's a shame that he left us too soon, died in 1993 or so. But when I first got into witchcraft he was one of the first that read I recently rebought his guides for the solitary practitioner and I'm glad that his work is still in print, even if you don't identity as wiccan his work is good to have. Speaking of which it's always good to see stuff that was not put out by Llewellyn, not that I have a beef with them but there are other occult publishing houses out there. And lastly thank you for acknowledging that not every pagan needs to be so attuned to nature as such. I am a very urban type and I'm not always wanting or able to get to a field or forest to do spell work! Not everyone has a garden to grow enchanted herbs! Sometimes you gotta witch it any which way you can!!! I want to check out all of these books and I hope I can get to browse them at a bookstore soon or kindle if I must! Blessings!!!

I do believe that spells should not be for beginners,unless beginners who already have the knowledge of cleansing,protection,centering,grounding ,energy manipulation, and how to get out of unwanted situations, I think a spell with no foundation knowledge could go wrong I would love to read the book about Charm Bags I love your channel, you are very beautiful

I put a couple of those first 3 on my to-get list. Evil Archaeology sounds right up my ally! I've seen a lot of witches give good reviews for Basic Witches and I keep thinking I should get it and for whatever reason, I keep putting it off. I really need to get hold of a copy of it, I think. Sounds like something I'd like. I think I have the Moon Spells book somewhere. My bookshelf is a little messy at the moment. If I don't have it in my witchy book collection, I may see if I can find a copy. I might look for an inexpensive copy of that spellcasting book. I'm not Wiccan, either, but I feel I'm having some issues with my spells, like something I'm doing isn't getting the proper energy flow going to make them work well, so if that book can help clue me in on where I'm lacking and how I can correct it, Wiccan or not, I'm all for that. Cunningham is a great author. He was Wiccan and sometimes his books can be pushy about that sort of thing, but if you just kinda shrug off the dogmatic stuff he wrote really well and presents his information in a really enjoyable way. I have several of his books because I really do like his writing. Green Witch is already on my to-get list. I hadn't heard of the other one so I'll look into that one too.

I almost never cast spells. But I like that spell a day book. I do already know how to cast I just almost never so, I thought it might be a cool challenge to myself to do a small daily spell for a month or something.
All charm bags will need to be recharged, it just depends on how long the energy lasts in each one. Recharging is simple though, simply anointing the bag again, using an incense or something along those lines.
Baby witch and Evil Archaeology is exactly what I was looking for. Im an Anthro major and have an obvious interest in archaeology and of course the supernatural!

I would love a video on charm bags, maybe you could do one for keeping concentration or motivation when studying or working from home❤️ Also, I want to add for anyone wanting to get ‘basic witches’, um it’s maybe an over book if you’re super young, have never heard of witchcraft before and don’t really like doing things in a traditional way... 😅 it’s very teen focused, though I think I would have been more disgusted with it when I was a teenager. I feel like it kinda just wanted to take advantage of the witch trend, because a part of it kinda just tells you about witchy fashion.. so unless you’re a super modern teenager who likes to follow trends, and you’re not looking for a book with much substance, I’d save your money.

I almost never cast spells. But I like that spell a day book. I do already know how to cast I just almost never so, I thought it might be a cool challenge to myself to do a small daily spell for a month or something.

Please do a lengthy charm bag for protection, that doesn't need to be recharged. To be able to give to a friend.
All charm bags will need to be recharged, it just depends on how long the energy lasts in each one. Recharging is simple though, simply anointing the bag again, using an incense or something along those lines.

Great video but a suggestion would be to tell us the name of the book and the author. You are waving the book around in excitement, not complaining, but makes it hard to read the cover. Yes you may have it below but since you are reviewing the book that an author put their heart and soul in give them their props. Yes I'm an aspiring author, obvious right!

Great video! I would love a video on charm bags, maybe you could do one for keeping concentration or motivation when studying or working from home❤️ Also, I want to add for anyone wanting to get ‘basic witches’, um it’s maybe an over book if you’re super young, have never heard of witchcraft before and don’t really like doing things in a traditional way... 😅 it’s very teen focused, though I think I would have been more disgusted with it when I was a teenager. I feel like it kinda just wanted to take advantage of the witch trend, because a part of it kinda just tells you about witchy fashion.. so unless you’re a super modern teenager who likes to follow trends, and you’re not looking for a book with much substance, I’d save your money.
