یہ کہانی ہے ایک انوکھی دوستی کی۔۔۔ 1961 میں جب اس وقت کے امریکی نائب صدر لِنڈن بی جانسن پاکستان دورے پر آئے تو کراچی کی ایک سڑک پر ان کی ملاقات ہوئی اونٹ گاڑی چلانے والے بشیر احمد سے۔ بس یہاں سے ایک نئی دوستی کا آغاز ہوا۔ بعد میں نائب صدر نے بشیر احمد کو امریکہ اپنے خصوصی مہمان کے طور پر بھی بلایا۔
