Hi @18yearsoldnot Thanks for reaching out, This sunglass model has a nylon cord securing the lens to the frame front. We have also used a nylon cord to thread in-between the lens and the cord holding the lens in place. We have then worked our way around the lens whist simultaneously pulling the nylon cord away from the frame. Whilst we have used a nylon cord, anything thin enough to get in-between the lens and nylon cord should help in removing the lens. We hope this helps. 😎
This style of frames has a thin nylon cord that runs along the bottom side of the lens to hold the lenses in place. In the video they are threading a thin cable, in this case fishing line, through a small gap between the lens and the nylon cord to safely remove the lenses and avoid breaking the nylon cord.

Thanks for reaching out, This method is the safest way to remove and install lenses in a nylon cord-type frame without damaging the frame or scratching the lenses. We use a nylon cord to thread between the lens and the cord holding the lens in place. By working our way around the lens while simultaneously pulling the nylon cord away from the frame, we can carefully remove and reinstall the lenses. Although we use a nylon cord, any thin tool that can fit between the lens and the nylon cord should also help with this process. We hope this clarifies the video for you.
What’s the nylon thing for? Can’t see it with the blown out white background
