Hello! It could be that your device isn't powerful enough for it. Do you happen to have video layer support? You can confirm your level of video layer support by visiting the KineMaster Main Screen, then Settings, then Device Capability Information.

Hello! Do you have chroma key? You need to have video layer support to use chroma key, and then you need to make sure chroma key is enabled. :)
