It's long past time that the authorities got involved in this situation. He went from assaulting random people at gyms and stalking celebrities to abusing animals and behaving like a sexual predator. As far as I'm concerned, Eugene and Tanya are complicit for any crime he commits. Shipping him off to Europe like this was not only egregiously irresponsible but also criminal in several ways. Abandoning a mentally handicapped person like this is neglectful and downright abusive especially after they've enabled his delusions and subsequent bad behavior for over a decade. They are also responsible for aiding and abetting a fugitive considering that Charlie was on probation and has pending court cases. I strongly suspect that Eugene exiled him to the eastern block in order to deliberately sabotage him in the hopes that Charlie would end up either dead or in jail. I'd love to hear him explain his actions in a courtroom and watch as a prosecutor rip him to shreds.
Prosecutor woud'nt even be aware of the content thats published online. If even the team of Kim K after the RO would do their homework charlie would be long time in jail already for just breaching the RO.

You're absolutely 100% correct. The RESPONSIBLE thing for Eugene and Tanya to do was to have this guy committed. His past behavior is definitely proof he's a danger to others. He cant be unsupervised he requires round the clock attention and care by professionals. I think Eugene resents the hell out of Charlie and doesn't care for him as much as Charlie has let on in the past. Eugene is definitely hoping he ends up homeless and starving out there or in prison than to deal with him another minute.
Zelenoff's living in a rooming house with shared facilities. What we're listening to is him leaving his room and harassing another tenant of the building or his landlady. The woman lives there. She's not his ' girlfriend '. The childish way that he refuses to eat his dinner as if it gives him some leverage over the situation offers some insight into his behavior back home.
