Hi Brother, may I ask please how to know though if one is engaging with Holy or unholy spirits? Since a young child, I didn't understand exactly what it was at the time but I had continuous encounters with unholy spirits, but not all of them seemed evil, they were good at deceiving me and tricking me into evil. Then after coming to Christ I have been hesitant to accept seeing and experiencing things, because I then understood what I experienced my whole life was with unholy spirits. There have been times when God has shown me and I didn't have a choice, however the encounters we have daily, how to truly discern if it is Holy or if evil deceives to be Holy? As from my experience evil sometimes does a good job at pretending to be Holy God.
Sounds like you have had quite a journey. It’s hard to give in-depth help here, but I can say what really the main key is. It’s know who you are now that your being and life are wrapped up in Christ. It changes everything in how other spirits will now see you. If you are calm and confident in Him then when you ask spirits things, it comes across with power to them. They know who Christ is. So I can suggest get a hold of who you are and connect with others who can help you work that out in your life. It’s harder on your own. There is my community but there are many others.
