I don't have a switch but I had the opportunity to rent 3 hours of gameplay at my local gaming center and I must say it's peak gaming for real! Now plan to beat it by renting $1 per hour!
Yo lo disfruté de inicio a fin talvez un pcoo me aburrío el hecho de que el tutorial era un tanto largo pero quirando eso es un gran videojuego que esta a la altura de la saga
After 40 confirmed hours in the game i only have 1 complaint i wish there was island specific battle themes the music slaps, but we only have 1 battle theme and 2 boss themes
@@waffler-yz3gw No that's true. There are character specific themes, but the battle themes were always the same. Imo they always manged to make those happy upbeat themes fit also the castles stages tho.
Honestly this is probably my favorite M&L so far gameplay wise Luigi isn't an inconvenience when platforming and feels his most useful in the overworld All bros moves are super solid, no bros moves get unused for me outside of green shell. Bosses in my opinion after the first two get really difficult, unlike most previous boss battles I genuinely get game overs. Also my boy Mario is in the game so it's always good.
When comparing stuff a lot of things will be better or worse than another. In cases like this it's better to look at it as its own thing, and it bangs hard enough.
I was kinda expecting a clip of the ending cutscene of CTR Nitro-Fueled where Crash and Coco are doing the Crash dance. But either way, this new battle music is really catchy, and I'm really happy that Mario & Luigi are back!!
It has a slow start and feels like it was made as one of those kids shows like Barney or Dora the explorer’s in some parts. But most of those issues are only on the first three or so hours. Once you get past that point it starts to pick up so I definitely recommend it.
I'm sure that it could come back in the next game. I mean... It's been 9 years since the last original game and under a new studio things are bound to get better.
B button during battles and actually following Mario and having you have to time your jumps over gaps and stuff instead of having him auto-pathing towards Mario and then dragging you back if you get too far from it. IDC if people think having to make both bros jump over every gap was annoying or something, I loved it.
Who’s been enjoying Brothership this weekend?

They managed to turn "We're so back" into a music track.

The fact it can sync with the SuperStar sprites makes it better.

Same.
Very valid
i think that was kind of an issue in all the m&l games tho i could be deranged

I don’t care what people say. Every battle track in This game is still a banger
Mario and Luigi Brothership battle theme got me like
Song so good we can't dislike it (not that I would)
Es que simplemente entran ganas de hacerse tremendos combos con esa musica tods alegre xD
Pirate Mario battle theme. This time Mario Bros shoot fireballs using RUM!
Ign really be smoking smthn by calling this a 5. It's a 15/10
@@Shareef-zc1wp They gotta be high on some Refreshing Herbs or something
Fr LMAO unless with that review they meant the score + 10
IGN is a ragebait community. They're entire purpose is to get attention.
Thx for the heart
I need someone to do a mash of this and Windmill Isle
It might not be tough guy alert but its damn good
The music in this game is way better than a lot of ppl say. Especially the boss music
The Lighthouse boss theme lives in my head now.
@MarioSonic46 The intro of the song sounds so intense, it’s great
@roboryan_13 omg yeah, when I 1st listen to the intro I was so hooked up in the ost
The only themes I remember are the fight themes on repeat
The overworld tracks? I don't vibe as much.
@@leonmystique9372 Not even Twistee Island or Shipshape?
IGN : Mario and Luigi : Brothership is a mediocre game
Meanwhile, Mario and Luigi : Brothership :
battle theme but it sound more italian than every entry before
If this isn't remixed for a new Mario Kart game I will be sad
Mario kart games haven't taken from other spin-offs before unless you count waluigi being from mario tennis
I already finish it, It was indeed a good game ngl.
We got this before gta6!, LEEEESSSS GOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
“Poi poi!” -a pig in green dude’s hat
Shhhh he’s not a pig, remember?
the song grew on me
but it still reminds me of the incredibles
Congratulations on all the success your getting on TH-cam
Waiting to inevitably get it for my Birthday or Christmas
I feel like im the first to say it doesnt bang as hard as dream team or bowsers inside story
Still bangs hard, it's all that matters
Well that’s not fair. Bowser’s Inside Story had 2.

Well, it’s not meant to but it’s still a banger
you're actually the trillionth person to say that, and you're right but if you're constantly comparing stuff life becomes sad
Fellow broke people. Rise up. And listen to the game OST cause we can't afford the game!
Literally my only issue with this song is that I wish it lasted longer before the loop. It's that good.
Honestly I think it’s perfect cause battles shouldn’t take too long

Nintendo has been absolutely cooking with the Mario RPG soundtracks lately. SMRPG, TTYD and now Brothership 🔥
Reminds me of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet battle music
Yeah this is a Paldea special
Such a great battle theme
Wasn’t a fan of theme at first but it’s grown on me
I prefer this theme to the final boss theme.
I was kinda expecting a clip of the ending cutscene of CTR Nitro-Fueled where Crash and Coco are doing the Crash dance.
But either way, this new battle music is really catchy, and I'm really happy that Mario & Luigi are back!!
Still saving up for it lol
Those accordion swings damn right
It sounds like a pokemon fight
I love it, but it’s too short.
I’m thinking the opposite
I’m nearly done with the game and I’m stuck because I can’t get back to Luigi in fortress zokket
I miss Yoko Shimomura's M&L music
I understand. But this fella ain't half bad either.
Subscribe if you want to see some Mario and Luigi Brothership content!
although definitely the weakest battle theme in the entire series, its still kinda good
Honestly? I find this better than Partners in Time. But yeah, every series never had bad music
Better than partners in time and the original superstar saga by a longshot
@@zuqivlex3 SS battle theme was iconic bro wym

Mario & Luigi battle themes are always 🔥
@@s.a.k.i7768 There hasn’t been a single series where the music flunks. Even Paper Jam-A game that’s not took good has a good soundtrack
Sounds way less like Kingdom Hearts and way more like One Piece (I mean, it’s probably because of the composer change)
Mmmm, yes
So I haven’t bought this yet, is this game really good or is there some true to IGNs review?
IGN lied cause they didn't get paid under the table. the game is 9.5/10 at least
its a really good game, might feel a bit weird at first(it did for me) but its really good

It’s really good but 40 hours of it gets so annoying

That's how RPGs go, I ain't tired of it, neither am I from the other Mario and Luigi games
its like dream team, and it is still good
what if you do the boss theme, it’s even better
I need to find a lot more dance clips but if that’s what the people want…
but the BOSS theme tho
Oh my god both of them are really good
I don’t like that luigi feels like an NPC in this. Why couldn’t they just give him the B button like all the other games
Yeah, I want him to feel more like he's a playable character like mario, not an npc that follows mario around
