I agree Bone China is tops. Radley cross body bags are fab. Good coleslaw is amazing. I just love longline knitted cardi/wraps. Not many days this month when ive not worn one colour or another - is 6 too many?? Hood supply of tena/pantie liners for that activity!!😂

Before I needed to upgrade to varifocals i had multiple pairs of reading specs from Poundland and other bargain shops. I'd have a pair at my bedside, the kitchen, the living room, in different handbags. This was great in theory but they seemed to gather together in groups and I'd still be searching for a pair. Often as not, there'd be a pair on top of my head!

Hi Angela There mugs are absolutely ace. Would love them myself. The bag is identical to mine and cost a fortune. I love green but am more for the rustic colours having hazel eyes lol. I make. Y own coleslaw and mine lasts ages including fresh single cream the scarf you have I got one similar in ochre and grey from Next but I like yours. I buy the Matte lipstick as it stays on longer but do tend to use a lip gloss on its own. I wish I could exercise but alas I cannot due to a herniated disc in my lower back. It’s always nice to tune into your videos as they are a breath of fresh air compared to others. Have a nice weekend and will see you on the next one Much love and respect from South Wales

Just build your stamina up but get in a routine that your consistent. I do they gym with a trainer me I still have a hatred of the gym but one it works it helps building my muscles and confidence and now my fitness is a bit better we can work on new things. I’ve always been a swimmer and do my physio stuff in the pool. But now I get to try boxing I’ll have the fire brigade on standby for when I fall over and the ambulance when my spacal awareness messes up and hits him. What a fab bargin the t from tu and here was me thinking I’d done good in matalan with a sports jacket for £17 my Amazon ones have gone from £20 _£30 and then silly me looked at lululemmon £100+ eek Like the scarf too Good luck on the rebounder don’t forget a good bra
Hello Deb, you did make me laugh with your ambulance on standby comment. Yes, I will build my stamina up gradually and I'm going to incorporate a daily 20/30 min video as well within the next couple of weeks. Up until now, I've not done any regular exercise but I do want to change that. Tbh I'm not a gym person and even though I love swimming on holiday I just don't like the idea of going here in this weather. Thank you as ever for watching and commenting, I really do appreciate it. Hi Angela, some great recommendations here. That T- Shirt is a bargain. Wow! I also like the Maybelline lipstick but sadly I've found out Maybelline isn't a cruelty free brand so I'm on the lookout for a cruelty free equivalent at the moment. I know Revolution do a liquid lipstick which is pretty good, but not quite as good as the Maybelline one. I'll keep looking but you're right, it just lasts and lasts. Those trampolines are great for fitness, but make sure you wear a good sports bra or you'll end up with black eyes! 😅 See you next time, love Liz xx
