    Someday I need to do this itinerary. I hate the cold and a cruise seems to be a great way to get a taste of it.

    I too have only seen salmon jumping in Natgeo and TV, and would love to see that. You caught some incredible jumps. Hard to believe that could evolve and the species survive. The ones that make it to the spawning ground really are the best of their kind. We need something like that for humans to breed.

    The Totem Heritage Center would definitely be my destination! Back in the early 90s I took the ferry up the inside passage to Petersburg. Beautiful part of the world.
