Ashish Da, I have a small observation regarding this video. I thought the camera showed too much of a chaotic scene regarding this intellectual kitchen. The camera and editing should be a bit more careful. I felt the place was falling apart old, dirty and chaotic at the same time. I did not enjoy these scenes.
You cannot appreciate the real food of common Indians if you have such a narrow vision
