Actually the correct way is before u remove the seat there was 2 screw hole u need to use screw M8X10 1.25mm (bottom already reserve M8 nut) to lock it w/o flip the seat before u remove. After fit then only remove M10 1.25mm. I just did it to replace servo motor.

The lever when pulled, I cannot lift the back seat up. Any possibility which part is jam? Or how to fix the issue?

Do you feel resistance when pulling the level. There is a chance the cable might have snapped or you might not have pulled it fully.

why after i moved the bracket forward, away from its original position, the lock can not be normalized? it's only can be normalized when the bracket back to its normal position.

Its by design that the lock can only be unlock in its original position. I guess its designed that manner so that people have lesser alignment issues when dropping the seat back to its bracket.
