they should totally add a first response mode to GTA. You have a team of 1 - 4 players, and you go round the city responding to crimes that NPC's or other players in free mode have done. You get a police cruiser and outfit, and if you are good enough, you unlock SWAT mode. Where it is much harder but you get a SWAT van and gear.
