Please help. I made products with printify until I realized that I was wrong. I did not set the exact dimensions of the design files for printing the products in advance. I was just watching it say that they are high resolution in printify. What happens at such a time, do will they be printable?
Hi! We'll automatically enhance the quality of the print file before sending the order to production so that it’s more suitable for printing. However, keep in mind that there are limitations to the level of improvement that can be achieved.
Hi Ken, In the mockup generator, in the top right, click on "cost" and you'll be able to see the cost breakdown of a product, including front side and back side. :)
@@Printify Thank you for your reply. I do not see anything called "Mockup Generator". Do you mean "preview"? I do not see cost there either. Not sure how I am missing this.
@@theoakwoodguy Hey Ken, In the Printify catalog, click on the product you'd like to design and sell, click "start designing" next to your chosen print provider, and that'll take you to the mockup generator. From there you can see the cost breakdown as you're adding designs to your shirt.
Hi Terrelle! These rules don't necessarily apply to all types of designs or for more advanced designers. These are more basic tips to start off with if you're unfamiliar with design or a beginner. Once you know the basic rules, then you're better equipped to break them. 😉

Hey Kimberly! Yeah, our designers use other design software as well, but we're constantly adding new features to our mockup generator too!
