An honorable mention: service 150. Even though 150 primarily serves the housing developments at Marine Crescent and Marine Terrace, 150 also passes through Joo Chiat Close and Telok Kurau Road to supplement 15, which is notorious for bunching due to its long route. Telok Kurau Road had quite a lot of landed properties connecting to this road, and there must be a reason for 150 to serve this stretch as opposed to plying Still Road and Still Road South towards Marine Crescent and Marine Terrace. 150 gets a low 25% rating of serving private estates, as Telok Kurau is NOT its primary catchment, and Telok Kurau Road is relatively easy to navigate for an SD bus.
4:40 would 882 be a contender ? there’s a lot of landed housing around the Sembawang Park area + a bit of landed housing near where the site Sembawang CC is
First of all, this was really one series that ignited my opinions on bus routes being “ass or good” and the primetime history. Gonna be a big miss once 200 is here. A few buses that can fall into the sector of “landed property” can be 77, as the bus goes through many landed properties, although most of them are on main roads, but I only see the HDB part in Bukit Batok. Maybe 77 could be one of them although it is still a normal route. But from what I see, most Toh tuck rd and sixth avenue residents take 77, since it has the most direct link to City. I guess 77 is really a powerhouse besides the MRT after all.
Sad to see that this is the final season. I loved this series so much.

Such example service 42 in kembangan used to have the 9.4 Dennis dart to deploy before they were retired in 2011
