I have been to all these places and Bangkok,Thailand is by far the best overall.. Yea Brazil, Colombia, and DR has better looking women but dangerous.. Safety over women anyday..
That's my main issue. I've only been to Thailand. DR would be a hell of a lot closer to fly to but I'm just not as confident about safety.

It was not even close for me, Bangkok over Manila. I recently spent 1 week in Manila and 6 weeks in Bangkok. If you are into slim, petite girls - Bangkok offers tons of these girls. After one week in Manila, I could count on one hand the total number of attractive women I saw. Manila girls (and men too) were all fat and overweight, with big bellies sticking out, this includes the rich areas (BGC, Makati, Casinos, Malls, Rooftop Bars, fancy restaurants) and the poor slums. I could not find any women I found attractive on Tinder/Bumble either. Although I had no negative experiences regarding safety, Manila looks a lot more dangerous than Bangkok.
The guy grabbing at the girl is never a joke. . Stay home if you cant be respectful. Get out of Bangkok, Pattaya . Travel to any island and you will enjoy y our self so much more.
I felt safe in Belgium and Germany and going to brothels is fun there! Going to try Hungary and Austria in May. Heard good things. Thailand is the best for sure but fun to have an assortment of women from different countries.
Columbia is different, while in Philliphines / Thailand they speak somehow english, but in Columbia without spanish u are in huge problems, yes Safety is a big issue especially in Brazil, where people "chase you" from the Airport.
If you speak spanish girls are a lot more cheaper, they like compliments /flirt.

If you don't P4P Amsterdam is really the odd one out.
I happen to live there, have lived in Manila as well several years and visited a fair amount of the other places.
All of them make it rather easy for white men to date girls. Even decent girls that are not (primarily) after your wallet.
But Amsterdam is a different story. Sure it is possible. But, except for tourist girls, not in any way easier than any other Western country. Likely more difficult than a fair share of them (England, Ireland).
