Tends to be easier getting a huge amount of kills when you're a new player, mainly because you play against other new players who are out of position constantly. Generally speaking, the more experienced the players, the more even the games - at least in terms of kills.

about the team comps, why do i always have to play against isis or nox and ares as fenrir?!?! its so annoying. They just cut 2 of my 4 abilities all the time
+Intell yell There are probably better items for some people, but again, many people have personal preferences as to how they like their characters to feel. As an ADC, your attack speed will adjust dramatically if you went from Ichaival to Titan's bane, and that may have an effect on your aim and timing, which may hurt you more than the added penetration if you lose some kills by missing your AA's while you adjust to the new attack speed.
