I do the parking lot drills a bit because it has no set up time . i did not realize black belt was the full lock turns :) . also I saw you use your brake and I have completed brown without using the brake but I go slow and mostly just clutch management . you don't use front brake at that low of speed so u ?

Hey Eddie I've had your app downloaded for a while but just haven't had any time to get in any serious practicing. I'm starting today. White belt although I've been riding for years I'm going to pretend like I know nothing and start from the bottom. Thank you for all you do for us it truly saves lives bro. I love my CBR 600RR it's the 08 graffiti Edition. I do not plan on taking it to the track or riding like a hooligan on the streets. I just simply want to ride at 43 I've had my fun I was younger. On other people's bikes LOL. I've been a mechanic since I was 15 so I got to enjoy The Spoils of working on people's bikes and being able to ride them after deemed it as safety? I've been telling every new Rider I come across about your videos and your app hopefully I've inspired at least one person to download it. It is definitely worth it that's for sure thank you for all you do and God bless you bro

Oh I wanted to let you know, that you are 95% of what helped me make a decision on my first bike. I still want a 6r, but I’ve decided my first bike will be a ninja 250. I believe I’m capable of learning on a 600, but the odds are against me, and most important of all, the 250 actually suits my needs way better once I look at all the reasons I want and need a bike. The only place the 600 wins is in the exhaust note I need lol but I’m planning on doing a WW2 bomber theme, and putting on the “spinning machine gun” muffler on it so any exhaust note is not gonna sound great with that muffler but it’ll look killer 👌 👌 thanks for everything you do and thank you for your service too. It’s also thanks to you I had 100% of my gear picked out before I even started shopping for a bike, and I’ve got more gear on the list than I ever would have known to get otherwise. You’re a real inspiration.

I just ordered your books. (wish I didn't have to use Amazon. I worked in one of their photo studios for a week and it was horrible) But anyway went and tried an R3 today, (new road rider) and was smitten. I loved how it looked, when I sat on it w/ my feet on the pegs, it felt someone made for me. I only want to ride country back roads and this will be perfect. I was on the fence about buying a bike, but now I have to have it.

Hey brother, I totally buy into to what you are saying about riding. When I get into something, I go all in. I also spent 7 years working in a Level 1 trauma center, so I am not going to take chances on safety. When I buy the R3, my buddy is going to deliver as he has truck and trailer and my first ride will be in the church parking lot next to my house, not on the street. In full gear, which I will purchase before getting the bike and wear to entry MSF.
BTW: I work at local VA hospital. I know the VA has had some bad press, but we bust our ass to give the best care we can at mine. Most of our patients are from the Vietnam era.
I sorta hate the 'we appreciate your service' thing. To me it sounds a bit flippant. I can't imagine the sacrifice it takes. I just finished a terrific book called 'The Forever War' by Dexter Filkins (not to be confused w/ a novel by the same name) that talks about the aftermath of 9/11 and Afghanistan and Iraq. As always, great initial success. We're really good at kicking the crap out of a conventional army, but then when no one plans for the aftermath, the shit show starts.
I am sorry to go off on this topic, but I can't even imagine how difficult it would be for any service member to be stuck in the middle of these things, knowing that idiots back home caused a lot of it to happen. That's why I often don't know what to say to vets that doesn't sound like trite bullshit. I work in pharmacy services BTW.
My father was a vet of the Army Air Corp in WW2 and then what became the Air Force close air support in Korea. He was my hero. I wanted to go into the Air Force, but unfortunately have bad eyes. I was to too chicken shit to go to another service. I have the ultimate respect for vets. Hey maybe that's would I could say to you and them that might mean more than 'we appreciate your service'?
LMK. this is something I think about and want to get right. And maybe I should have even brought this up on a motorcycle forum. If not appropriate, I apologize.

8 weeks until spring! I'm more excited to ride than ever. Thinking about organizing bi weekly Motojitsu course here in Hamilton Ontario Canada.
I typically quickly practice some low speed stuff when I enter and leave parking lots on group rides. It's easy to find time to do as people park their bikes or are putting on their gear. People are often surprised at how tight of a circle I can make etc and ask me how I learned to do it. I enjoy educating people who want to learn. I will encourage people who are interested to purchase the drill book so they can become familiar with everything. Any other advice on getting things going?

Rode it, loved it, and came home to see if I could find a good used one. Came across your videos that night and decided there is no need to upgrade. Purchased a 650 again the next day. I told myself I can have the ZX when I get to black-belt. Who cares if I ride a 600 but can't get through the turns in more than 20 mph?! Thank you for these videos! Point of critisism. I would add 2 exercises into this routine. Swerving amd swearving after breaking. That way you would had covered anything relevant for street safety.

@@MotoJitsu well actually the winter in germany does XD have to say i do envy you for beeing able to ride all year round :) so in my oppinion its even more important to practise even more then all year riders. Thats why i practise evasion and emergency breaking everyday. One can get quite rusty over the winter month. do you by any chance have a idea what i could do during winter to not get so rusty?

I see the planes above you copied
your obstacle course by their chem
    trail spraying. Those straight lines
    lined up beside each other.
Your starting to get the hang of
& mastering that bike at the same
    time. How is that possible?
Is that why they call you
    Moto jujitsu? 🤓👍

I've had this bike before...but the bike doesn't matter when you master the technique.
