A) Mucangchai fully meets the basic conditions for the development of tourism: landscape, climate (altitude compared with sea level is 1440 m), traditional customs of indigenous people are pristine , has not been commercialized.
B) At mucangchai we can organize many activities for tourists such as: walking, fishing, community activities such as: participate in rice harvest with people, tourists repair home and local schools
C) Travel companies easily create products for customers from 5-7 days along the North West or North East.
I decided to build an ecolodge in Nam Khat because: the location of the hills here has a very open space, each room occupies a good location for tourists to admire even while sitting in room. Ecolodg is built on a hill and is surrounded by terraced fields.
The location of the Ecolodge is reasonable as it is not too far from the main highway (5km). Location of Ecolodge is at the intersection of the routes as: Son La - Mu Cang Chai - Sapa. (This is convenient for tour operators when they want to make tour products: North East and North West)
Ecolodge is not in the middle of the village of the ethnic minority but it is not too far from the village (10 minutes walk), so the activities of the people do not affect the resort here. and vice versa
