About Annette & Jared Thurmon of Azure Farm:
"Seven years ago Annette & Jared moved to the country in pursuit of a more simple lifestyle. They wanted to get back to the basics and their desire for bling and phones quickly diminished and was replaced by a love for gardening, harvesting food, caring for animals, quiet evenings, and sunny azure skies. They now love caring for their organic garden, orchard, and host of animals. Their hope is that sharing peeks into their daily life can inspire you to enjoy the outdoors more, slow down, and appreciate the simple things in life. You can follow their adventures daily on Instagram, their blog, and the Azure Farm podcast. Their on-demand platform HOMEGROWN is full of videos, courses, and workshops to equip you as you start your simple living journey." Learn more at www.azurefarml...

I used to garden all the time and then I got diagnosed with lupus and they preached stay out of the sun. Last year I decided I was going to garden again. I'm so much happier in my garden or flowers and I really think it helps my stress level which, in turn, helps my lupus.
