Meditation is a different dimension of intelligence. Meditative mind means higher level of perception. It can only come when you will pour conciousness within you. Sitting in position with eyes closed is mere a tool and a easier way to be meditative. You can be meditative 24/7 and 365 days. Right now, people think sitting with closed eyes is only meditation. No, its process to bring stillness and concentration within you. With stillness and complete focus in mediation process, you can create a distance between your physicality and mind. The moment distance happen, conciousness will come. During this time will no essence. Your thought and memory creates thought which makes time a reality factor. The moment you break all identities created by your pycological framework gathered through various channel of ur 5 sensory organ, you will touch the truth. When you touch the truth, there can be no suffering. You will just know everything. When u know thn who can decieve you..NOR u urself nor the world nor ur mind

there is such a loneliness for the people that saw clearly even for one brief moemnt . cause everything will change in your vision and life once you touch that state . you can be sorounded by people and yet they will listen ,but nowone will truly undesrstand . and you will feel so alone .perhaps that's why he so often stops asking if they are following. he speaks about such a clean high state that its so dificult even to talk about . for many ears seems abstractions . such hard task he took
What we donˋt know is wether he achieved that clarity anytime. It may seem so from his talks, but they can also be the result of deep reflection about those subjects or questions. Sometimes he seems to be trying to explain color to a blind person. I think that one will realise things and understand what he meant when one experiences what he explains, which has nothing to do with blissful states or similar. I’m still strugling to understand him within my ignorance.
do the meditation all the time and you will have an answer and then you will know that it’s impossible to explain to someone who wasn’t there. It’s hard and long path to the true oneself, but once you really start it with all your heart there is no coming back.

Socrates would only talk to 1 person at a time though and not to an audience, and Plato would likely do the same. He would mostly ask questions but he would not give the answer to himself and would not continue without an answer.
To say this is not to understand what JK brings. Then what is the sence to have videos of any other people speaking? Just go deeper in the given Wisdom and you will not need anything/anyone else. :)
One things i understood is that there an everyday active process of body and the mind deterioration. This process is active when one build a representation, an image, verbally or non-verbally about things That happening in the present moment. This process can be call ideating thing by habituation and/ or automation. Ideation process is when one build a knowledge about a thing by abstracting it. For instance when you look at a tree, you perceive the tree by the filter of this abstraction, the filter of this verbal or non-verbale automatically builded idea/representation/image. Meditation takes place When one perceive the subtile, but simple strategie of this image making. Then there's emptiness, then time which is the distance between you and the object, even when the object is your image, time stop, and then there's the true action of silent and ever-new perceptions that happen. You simply see the tree with all is details and Environnement. There's separation, no division between the tree and you or you and you. K invite us and show a way, to act as an ever-beginner, always perceiving the newness of thing, whatever your are doing in your everyday life. Perceiving this always actual newness is the anti-detoriation process, that demand no effort, just immediate comprehension. The solution is in silently paying attention to details. Seeing that it's impossible for a human brain, something else allows the body to perceive the now and here events with extreme accuracy.
25:43 : You can see the observation, awareness, and attention of the master. He corrected himself to avoid confusion/conflict of his teachings. This is what he wants to teach us in this video.
The observer, the image-maker, is the one who compares, judges, and condemns based on what it knows, that is, according to its own image, which is the source of all deterioration. Therefore, by uprooting the image-maker deterioration comes to an end.

Emptying of the mind is meditation. That is, to observe without choice.
Nah meditation has many steps many levels and the emptying of mind is one of them.. but we cant say it's meditattion it's just a level of meditation.
