Let's think : Perhaps it could be made that the listener is caught by their father that they are helping the hunter? By which they are literally shut out from the world, causing the hunger for blood to begin to grow more than EVER before ... And the hunter wanting to free the listener notices them .... in such a state ... in panic ... in terror ... She even starts screaming that the listener is a monster!! ... She have her bloody nightmares in front of her eyes! So she started to scream... and cry. And it either hits the listener in the heart so hard ... that they either runs away ... or faints .... or maybe ... Just maybe... noticing what they have become .... will grab something wooden ... break it in half ... to form an amateur wooden stake ... to then drive it into their heart. or or or you could do something like this that it is the hunter who gets totally wounded ... So listener decides to turn her into a creature of the night ... which starts causing the hunter to have nightmares ... and she starts to hate herself even.. more and more...
What is it with these kinds of hunters and the "your parents, you're the child of, your kind" nonsense. I mean if they're half as clever as they claim they'd notice the whole "Not being able to control that" bit
I suppose that's one reason why I'm thankful that supernatural creatures and aliens don't exist (so far) because the interspecies racism would be horrifying. It'd be "the Dark Ages" but with modern technology.
