The unforgivable sin against the Holy Ghost is turning back to our old ways when the Holy Spirit has worked so hard on our hearts in leading us to accept Jesus as our personal savior. This is the unpardonable sin against the Holy Ghost.

What you said is back sliding...that's not it??! It's calling the Holy Spirit a demon, like the Pharasees said Jesus had a demon..The one it is talking about here is Apostasy.

The unforgivable sin is associated with falling away from which a person can return. To make this unforgivable is when you go out of your way to lure people away to your side. The best example is Satan himself who fell away and now goes about interfering with the action of the holy Spirit to lead people to salvation. Satan continues to commit this unforgivable sin.
The Pharisees did this also, causing Jesus to tell them that they prevent people from entering the kingdom where they, themselves, do not go in.
It doesn't,t take an hour to explain this.
Of course you must be fully aware of what you are doing.
People who fall away, often become more sinfully than they were before, making it extremely difficult to return.
