Actually the portion with the Hey Arnold episode was recorded on Wednesday, August 2, 2000 because of that Snick House at Your House promo which aired on Saturday, August 5, 2000 meaning that the episode aired on that same week.

Let’s face it this was the last era of innocence, the world is now more post modern and I don’t recognize it anymore. No it’s not just because I was a child yes 9/11 was horrible but instead of rebuilding we as a society finally crumbled. We are regressing. I feel bad for my only child but I’m doing the best I can to give her a slither of my childhood as long as possible.

It's not a part of the commercials. So it wouldn't make sense to have in the video like you've seen other vids of it *(but shouldn't have been there)* in the past. Unless, an actual promo from Nickelodeon is in there. That would be fine.

It's times like these that make me glad I was a kid in those days.
I was 8 when during that time. I remember being so excited to see Ren And Stimpy return. I loved that show when I was ages 4 and 5.
I remember they brought it back after years it was off air because of all the other new shows
