Konoba Bonaca is located in a beautiful, quiet bay called Sustjepan, just 10 minutes away from the noise and bustle of Old Town Dubrovnik. Ivan buys the ingredients himself every day, and his mother is the main cook! The food at Konoba Bonaca is earthy and nutritious, and the portions of food are hearty. Ivan and the family insist that they want people to experience authentic Croatian hospitality where food and wine are served in filling quantities, and "not like something to just take a photo of", as he puts it. "Food has to be filling", he says, and we couldn't agree more!
