This is the first time i am writing so much in a comment. But i would like to share small part of my story. I didnt know earlier that i have speech anxiety and the same thing happened with me when i took part in a debate competition and by seeing the audience i wasnt able to utter a word. It took me months from coming back to normal interaction. From that day i tried taking challenges of public speaking wherever i find the opportunity. But all the time i have that shivering in my heart. Which i now know is speech anxiety. Kindly tell me steps to how to overcome this.
I and many others like me will be grateful to you.
And if possible please share how i can connect with you. Thank you . Lot to learn from your speech.
