I have never commented on a TH-cam video before but I just HAVE to tell you that watching your videos after dieting for a year and a half to lose 100 pounds has changed my entire mindset! I have finally been able to let myself live and have worked really hard to fix my relationship with food. I love that you enjoy yourself in these videos and it has helped me so much with overcoming the fear of losing all my progress from a day like this. Keep being you, Nick!
