Hard-hitting Energy Double Melee! (feat. Karasawa & Moonlight) | Armored Core 6 Ranked PVP

- Working off of the Combo Double Melee concept, I assembled a build that I'm somewhat content with how it performs. Not used to Mid-weight build and how slowly it moves compared to lightweights, I find the build less exhilarating to play, but somewhat as satisfying to pull off kills with.

seeing such a stylish melee gameplay always make me hyped to jump back into matchmaking
Thanks bud!
Yeah me too And then you start ur first match and boom face rushed with double zims kick spammed and earshotted to death
@@mannmann314 there's many different flavors to double melee, but most takes a while to master, and even many other builds have a hard time fighting dual zimms dual earshots.
I am impressed how you managed to fit all of this into that frame!
excellent gameplay. nice to see the ksaw putting in work like the old series :3
Honestly I love seeing preset builds in the matchmaker, makes me happy
just keep it up dude. amazing
Great build. I love it
Wow this looks so amazing. Makes me feel like I'm watching Leon Klein's final mission mech from AC2 except in AC6, the way you play is very similar (excluding his orbits). I do see how the build would feel too monotonous after a while but keep it up!
Damn this looks awesome. High AMS pilot spotted.
Super sick build. First im seeing of ur channel and u got an instant sub. Love all my based melee Brothers. Im surprised u were able to fit all that on those legs in the first vid while also having a generator with a decent energy firearm spec. What generator are u using ?
Hehe, thank you. The generator I used for the lightweight version is VP-20D and VE-20B on the Mid-weight version, as shown at 0:07 and 2:18
@@Podjieright on thanks for the reply bro. Didn't realize it was on the screen sorry
Nice build. I see you rocking that manual aiming skill ;3
Holy shit, if this had a grenade cannon it’d basically be Leos Klein’s Frightener Unit 01!
This is a hella fun build. Ive got duel turenos in mine
I don't know if I just saw an ace pilot or a weirdo but I don't want to admit how cool was this
Pretty sure it's the latter
gg wp
My goodness....
Seeing this...
I wanna jump back to try to get to the S ranks agai ...
Go for it Raven!
NO DONT DO IT!! (It’s miserable up there and it’s just a letter)
Wait... I realize that build makes compromises in defense but it's kinda crazy you can fit that kind of fire power on a lightweight frame.
Also that 6hp kill was clutch
i run it with 2 moonlights video up soon lol ggs
just wondering why you didn’t use the charged attack for the regular moonlight more since they buffed that? also those clutches were great
I feel like it's too slow even for stagger punish, they often got away first before the Moonlight even finished charging, and from experience it hits way less than the regular attack.
@@Podjiefrom my own experience with the moonlight charge, the stagger movement lock ends slightly before the attack is launched so i had to be decently close to hit and hope they couldn’t dodge it in time
Does soft locking on charge weapon make it more accurate then hard lock?
Is this on mouse & keyboard?
Yes to both, though I'm not sure by how much when it comes to the accuracy increase.
roughly 30% value of hardlock lock on time, if the enemy is centered on your screen. So if your time to lock on in hardlock is 1 seconds with softlock it becomes 0.33 seconds, which is huge.
wtf happened at 7:05
Karasawa had this... Plasma AOE damage over time thing, I believe that's what got them.
Interesting idea, but honestly, it would be a better idea to just stick with harris and redshift
Nah this slaps way harder
@charlietr9815 it isn't about what hits harder, it's about what is going to work best for the style you are playing. Like i said, what you got is interesting, however, you are a sitting duck after every initiation. You have no en at all to egress and reposition for another initiation. So, assuming your combo hits (which will not always be the case), it better kill them (again, it won't always) otherwise you leave yourself wide open for a counter combo on a frame that can't take much punishment. So, best options are sticking to a tried and true setup like pulse blade harris redshift, or really beef up your frame to compensate for your lack of manuverability post combo.
@@rylandfoster1937 they meant slap as in "stylish" and "satisfying"
@daxtr5 I have never heard it used like that before. Must be some millennial thing. But IF that is the intended meaning, then go for it. There is nothing wrong with style. But if it isn't the intended meaning, then I stand by my previous statements.
I have a version of this which uses medium weight frame parts and still maintains a 338 boost speed, it’s more of an energy hog and I use a laser orbit instead of missiles but the play style is the same. The better generator output adjust means I have excess energy even if I have to chase with the pulse blade, and the better defense and AP is self explanatory. All that said, this pilot is still very good, I would probably lose. But I play on console using a controller so soft lock playstyle is a little harder to use. At least until my back paddle controller ships.
Im a heavy and medium weight player but i cant use karasawa its too heavy BUT U USING LIGHTWEIGHT DIDN'T GOT OVERBURNDEND
not overburdened, but arms limit weight overburdened.... So it checks out.
The downside is that you sacrifice other weapon weight in order to fit karasawa. Not to mention the limit on other parts such as generator and booster and FCS part...
This is a risky build
Nice to see other blade builds. These double machine gun double zimm and rockets Mosquitos playing keep away are annoying. No skill just run and shoot. Can’t see how you’d have fun playing the game with anything other than swords
