Right now my brain dumps tend to go in a separate cheap B6 notebook I got from a destash pile forever ago. I tend to let my B6 Stalogy (main planner) be where I put finalized thoughts and scribbles go elsewhere. I'd like to have them be combined but for some reason, even after all this time, I struggle with that.
Hi very nice I think I also have adhd but haven’t been diagnosed with it but just like you I can’t decorate in my planner and that has got me not to use any system, I owned a stalogy but still trying to figure out how to use.
Exactly. What helped me is writing down every section of my life I need to plan for (ex. work, personal, health, relationship, etc.) and then under each category, I write down common things that would go in that section (doctor's appts, errands, things to tell my boyfriend, grocery lists), and then make those into sections on one or two pages and every time I had something to add, it had a specific space or category. It helped tremendously! If you want, I can show you!! Send me a message on IG (adh_done) and I'll give you an example! :)
21:40 hobobonichi cousin is the best planner ever. But you could test the Kinbor A5 daily planner , which is the hobonichi cousin dupe without the weeklies

I want to buy your rings and inserts but when I go to the page, it says the domain isn't set up yet. I wanna support an ADHDer. I plan very similarly. Can you please direct me where to go to purchase?
Hi Samantha! Looks like everything is back up and running again; so sorry, I've been quite sick and didn't notice!! Here's the link to the rings option: www.panacheplanner.com/product-page/ring-bound-adhdone-planner
What a great flip through! Loved seeing how you use this notebook, and thank you for all of the notebook goodies!
Hey! We have the same first name!
The mini Happy Planner is almost exactly this B6 size, so you could make this size planner on discs and use just one planner without the notebook
Great Idea, Kat!
I'm ADHD as well, I love planners and lists and stickers and journaling. I have a hard time because I want most of my stuff in one place!
Great flip-through! Cheers from another youtuber 🎉❤
Thanks so much! 😊

i am using an a6 stalogy for a very simple bujo, commonplace, and collections. i am debating on getting a b6 next for a tad bit more space.
I love both sizes, but I do love my B6!!

Before I go to bed I listen to one of Michael sealey videos - haven’t had a bad dream since. Hope it works for you.
Great idea, thank you!
"bread makes you fat?!" LOL i swear nobody knows what I am referencing. Love that movie!
SUCH a great movie!!!
Beautiful
I have a question please
Is the paper very smooth
Or does it have a bit of roughness ( teeth) ?
Thanks
It definitely has a bit of tooth to it! It's a Bristol paper, so. bit thicker than regular copy paper!
@@adhdoneplans really? That was helpful thanks . Good to know before I order
I like my paper very smooth

I have a massive issue, because of a physical disability, I cant physically writing on paper. So use digital planning, which isn't that best either.
Digital planning is definitely an option, but not a perfect system either, so I understand. Have you used any other apps?
@@adhdoneplans I have use goodnotes using pdfs from esty

20:30 don't sleep on your left side because you block your blood flow
No, that is incorrect. Sleeping on your left side increases blood flow, helps reduce heartburn, and takes pressure off your organs.
Doctors tell pregnant women to sleep on their left side for blood flow.
