Friggin awesome videos mate, just about to order a new value body from ford for my PX Ranger, where do you get the tube seals and bridge seals from? I can see them on eBay, but I'm assuming you would want original OEM seals.

Excellent video. Very thorand detailed. This has been very timely for me, as i just removed the valve body today to read the product code.
One question, how did you select the zip kit model no. My transmission is 6hp26x and valve plate no is A052 or B052.
hi, if you search by transmission type will indicate zip kit recommended. on these there are a few different types of separator plate though, you need to make sure you get the correct one. they usually have what is called key-cut, square cut or angled cut....or go by the code you have if you buy genuine. the sonnax.com website has alot of free technical information. cheers

under operation are the end plugs ever supposed to move? Or do they stay stationary against the locking pins?

How many of the valves didnt have springs in them? Ive got my zf6hp26 in halves on my bench and i noticed that 3 of the valves have no push back. Cheers
