Bro do you you know the best spark plug to use for JZX100

Im running NGK BKR7E's Gapped down to .7mm with only a down pipe on 1jz gte vvti they are cheap plugs you just have to change them every 5,000 - 7,500 kms or so if you are running higher boost gap them down further.
