I know that feeling, it's awful... I couldn't sleep well around a month. The thing is I couldn't sleep alone, I had panic attacks, my heart pounded very fast, I had leg spasms and I couldn't breath well too so I went to sleep on the sofa next to my parents' room (I felt more relaxed and less stressed around people while going to sleep). It was the strangiest period of my life. But after some time it dissappeared as if nothing happened. I felt so relivied and happy. Wish you to overcome this. I believe in you. Take care!🙏🏻

I know that feeling, it's awful... I couldn't sleep well around a month. The thing is I couldn't sleep alone, I had panic attacks, my heart pounded very fast, I had leg spasms and I couldn't breath well too so I went to sleep on the sofa next to my parents' room (I felt more relaxed and less stressed around people while going to sleep). It was the strangiest period of my life. But after some time it dissappeared as if nothing happened. I felt so relivied and happy. Wish you to overcome this. I believe in you. Take care!🙏🏻
