I am not a fan of the NPP and will never be because I don’t like their philosophy,ideology and principles but I just admire Kwabena Agyapong! He was the only man who stood tall against Rawlings’s government in those days! He was more or less the spokesperson for the Danquah/Busia tradition where the NPP is coming from. The rest were all cowards.Some left the country because they were cited for various corruption cases by the Rawlings regime. Where were the likes of Kennedy Agyapong Abronye and others who parade themselves as staunch NPP supporters?. They were nowhere to be found!. The usual “monkey de work,baboon de chop” adage! Today,such people parade themselves as if they love and own the npp party more than people like Kwabena Agyapong who risked his time and life to poke Rawlings in the eye!. The NPP must look back and give Kwabena Agyapong the chance if he wants to contest. But for some one like him, the voice of the D/B tradition would have been lost before our transition to democracy!
Kwabena is a good candidate. But with delegates voting, it will be difficult for him to win all because of money to be doled out to them. He does not have the funds to give to the delegates. I am still sure Kwabena has to play an important role in the next administration if NPP should come to power. Benjamin, I am glad you got Kwabena on as he is a wise & knowledgeable person. Ghana should be proud to have him as citizen. In short, he is an asset to Ghana. Kwabena, just protect yourself as you are still writing your history. I am proud of you. Just take care, Kwabena. And Benjamin, I want you to do the same thing. The two on you, are Ghana's assets. Benjamin, keep up the good work.
I'll vote for this man any day. Alan and Bawumia have no moral right to lead the NPP. However, Nana Akuffo Addo said more than he is saying. Talk is cheap, I'm afraid of politicians now
Go and engineer roads You are better there You NPP guys are a great disappointment to the youth of this country and hope in general The democracy we have is lopsided and tend to support a certain class of people. Democracy is just a vehicle and not an end in itself If democracy is not serving the people, you cannot convince them to believe otherwise You look at Rwanda and wonder to yourself, is democracy really Worth it? Is it a scam perpetrated by the rich to help them keep power and have stability? Politicians want democracy and its benefits all at once but keep telling the poor masses to wait and hope and give them a thousand reasons why democracy cannot help them now. I would believe all the nonsense politicians say if they had their skin in the game. But hohoho! They are enjoying at the expense of the suffering masses. If this is democracy then I don't want it.
Mr kwabena agyapong please I love your ideas but why not support one of the candidate to win and then you should be given some specific ministry to deliver your ideas at list we will not loose all this brilliant brain. Thanks sir
NPP Should organize a debate to scrutinize their candidates, both private and public. This will restore the lost confidence in the party. The sycophants are plenty, this the result of the poor performance of this government.
I love the way Kwabena Agyapong is always so passionate about his profession as a civil engineer. I think he is better at engeering than politics.
