Looks better with grey hair. If you look back now at him recently with black hair it was so obvious it was dyed. He could have dyed his hair black to look realistic in his role because the actor is 50 but isn't the character a bit younger. But now I think he looks better grey and he's aging gracefully. Celebs like Macca, Mick Jagger and Ronnie Wood should take note and stop using the dye when you have men who are 20 something years younger than they are growing older gracefully.

Two possibilities:
1) Time moves slower in that prison therefore 20 years have past in less than a month.
2) New prison facilities come with the benefits of hair dye in different colours for all the inmates.
