Where are people getting the notion that GTA is a roleplaying game? Am I missing something?

Fate GTA is on nowhere near the level of Arma 3: Life. Calling it roleplay because it has menial skills that really mean nothing in the scheme of things, and the possibility to tell a story in a very contrived way... doesn't make it true roleplay. By that definition, you can "roleplay" in a myriad of games.
GTA: Online is about driving/piloting, killing, racing, and having fun through various shenanigans.
Arma 3: Life is about living out a life and interacting with other players, sometimes truly telling a story.

vasilis malai it's in the description aswell, on the list, he put them in chronological order so, go play the vid again and count how many songs he plays before the one you want at 3:45 and then determine from the list by counting down the same number you just counted on the list to find your song

Is this simply role-play or are folks literally bound to their role(s) on the server? I.e., players acting as cops can, within game mechanics, force someone to pull over, demand someone to let them search them, confiscate their weapons, etc.?

Rendering a video has nothing to do with internet speeds, it's RAM and CPU usage, uploading the video to youtube uses upload speed from your internet. Secondly you plebians have no reason to complain about anything when Frankie graces us with a video. Just shut up and watch it.
