Jimmy want the new Stadium!(not the surrounding areas) financed by the tax payers.
Best united channel by far, i watch all videos even when i miss them for 3,4 days. Very informative and precise .
Keep up the good work.
Best United channel in my opinion. Keep up the good work.
Not an opinion mate it’s fact🤣
The font on the players leaving screen hurts my head
Sam has a point with the stadium name. I can talk from an experience from my country the Czech Republic where both of the biggest clubs - Slavia and Sparta have their stadiums named after the sponsor, nevertheless, people still call it Eden (Slavia) and Letná (Sparta).
Not saying I like it this way but there is a good point made.
The original name will eventually fade away over time.
If it's a brand new stadium, then sell the naming rights im a 100% on board.
If its a refurbished OT, then id be hesitant depending on the sponsor, but everyone would still call it OT.
The bottom line is people that say it will always be called OT are wrong. It's name will dissolve in the future and it will be called the sponsor name. The only way to keep it alive is to keep the OT name in the sponsorship. I'm not overly concerned but would prefer to have OT in the name along with the new sponsor. I'll ask those that argue they will still call it OT, well, what is Arsenals ground called sponsor free? Clue - It's not Highbury 😂
Need a new stadium !!!
Surely the first question that Marseille would say is how much do you want for Greenwood?
Sam if you look back when the ground was being mentioned they said by the end of the summer decision will be made
Without having any idea about OTs state nor stadium renovation prices Sam will pull a price estimation right out of his ass on the go but who cares in this very special community.
Poor luke shaw- is he still considered a footballer?
Be it refurbish or rebuild, can we please add a roof for the rain.. so that we can actually play football without an added variable to our quality of football.
The point of being a skilled team is adapting to conditions. May as well argue about removing things like rough and bunkers from golf.
@@jgmediting7770 The terrain in golf is meant to challenge a golfer's skills; it's an integral part of the game.
Have you had to play a competitive game in the rain? The purpose of a roof in the stadium isn't about removing all challenges but rather ensuring that rain doesn't unnecessarily disrupt the quality of play. Just as golfers adapt to varying terrains, footballers strive for optimal conditions to showcase their skills without external factors affecting the game. Rain can significantly affect the ball's movement, players' traction, and overall game flow in football. A roof could ensure that the game's quality remains high without undue influence from unpredictable weather conditions.
You want to go back to playing on grass with sand patches and mud so that players can be 'skilled' to adapt to challenges? There are variables you can control, so that you don't have to be handicapped and drop points just because your jersey is soaked, boots and socks are heavy etc.
I’d sell the naming rights for a player recruitment tho definitely
Sell the naming rights, we can always get it back at a later date.😊
We could split the shares but only dilute the glazer 😂
New Trafford
Sancho needs to leave the club, we dont need players who do not want to play for the badge
Malacia is not good enough
Don't recall him being out of his depth at any stage tbh 🙄
Onlyfan Old trafford please.
Anyone wanting ticket price increase clearly doesn’t go to games.
You can already pay hundreds for a hospitality ticket say in the gods
The season ticket waiting list is bloody ridiculous. United are the biggest touts going
If it's a brand new stadium, then sell the naming rights im a 100% on board.

I think they should call it Ineos Old Trafford or build the stadium with a digital band around it, like the digital hoardings around the pitch for advertising sponsors.
Theyve got to do something different otherwise it will just be confusing as to which venue anyone is talking about, unless they knock down the original, which I'd rather not see.😢 I mean, I know its not completely original anyway, as the Germans bombed it in 1941 but still, its the original to most today.
Am I missing something can we not go get tegen mengi back from Luton, 5 mill, better than lindelof. injury free last season. Defensive monster
Can't Ineos raise funds by a "sponsor a brick" scheme... Fans can pay say £20 to have their name engraved into a brick each on the new stadium? They could raise a FORTUNE and it's something that the fans can have living on long after they've left this world
Amazing that the people that think he’s bad just want to make money out of him
What a bunch of hypocrites
If it wasn’t for an exploitative system that creates concentrated wealth like ratcliffe’s, we wouldn’t need him.
Greenwood will cook under De Zerbi. Should be United, man.
Reality is it will be financed by loans, and then paid for via the increase in revenue it creates. Spurs have highest matchday income now of £4.8m. Sponsorships, commercial revenues, restructured loans etc etc
Surely Ineos can't sponsor the stadium - wouldn't that be financial doping?
Rumours about PSG & Rashford!
Definitely number one
If selling the naming rights gives the club income to improve the team. Then I'm fi e with that. The name of the ground doesn't matter, the fans will still call it Old Trafford
Then the name of the ground does matter.
If it had been called the ineos arena for the past 50 years, do you think modern day fans would be calling it old Trafford?
The loan can be spread across many years so the debt is not the issue. It’s more about how much we can get from naming rights and other partners like the council or government levelling up project.
If its a new stadium not on the grounds of old trafford i see no problem with naming rights being sold
Sam! Good stuff as usual..
