This was the first game I saw at old trafford as a new United fan by marriage and the experience I had there watching this cemented me as a United fan for life. Couldn’t have asked for a better first game there.

The fact that the linesman on the right wing was in near sight to Gray and proceeded with the play and kept his flag down even after Calvert Lewin brushed the ball into the net, proves VAR is arbitrary. The ref didn't use the advantage to the attacker customary rule we had for decades . A very dubious decision on a team down on its luck.
Good performance. Scoreline didn’t reflect the performance. Deserved something out of it. If we play like we did there and play a back 5 vs Southampton then we have a good chance 💙

If Gray can play like that every single game he can be a difference maker. I think Everton played well in patches. Replace Pickford, add a good defensive mid and get a goalscorer I think they will be good enough this season
I was feeling pretty confident about the looming Man City game but the Dalot,Varane,Malacia defense looks shaky af!!......ETH knows wtf to do.......I am also very excited to see Rashy taking the pen....hopefully he'll take more of em in the PL bolster his season goals

We looked instantly better after Alex went off injured. It’s just facts.
Lampard can only do as much as he can with the players, personally think they should keep him, not quite good enough last night, but did put up some fight, but rashford was to good to handle, board definitely needs sorting out though

Can't sack Frank on the back of this performance. Gray was superb and he, as well as Onana, is one player I wouldn't mind having in our squad.
